New kid lands in Tiger Town

BRIDGEPORT - The Sound Tigers have announced they have signed goaltender Riley Gill to a professional tryout contract (PTO).

Gill, 27, earns his second stint with the Sound Tigers in the past two seasons after brief appearances in two contests last February. This season, the Northfield, MN native shows a 19-9-4 record, a 2.83 GAA and .907 sv. % with the Kalamazoo Wings of the ECHL.
